I, the Marriage and Family Therapist or Life Coach, do not participate in any insurance networks and only accept out-of-pocket payments for my services. Common Ground Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, PLLC (CGCMFT) is not designed to provide clinical diagnoses. As such, any situations requiring in-person evaluations or official documentation—including, but not limited to, court-ordered counseling, emotional support animal certification, insurance reimbursement, or medical treatment—should not rely on advice from CGCMFT. For clinical diagnoses that necessitate in-person evaluations or official documentation, please consult a medical professional, such as a psychiatrist.
